Personal Development Club

I was reading I’ve Got Your Like Minded People Right Here and my eyes rolled over the words a second time “Book clubs, racket clubs, so why not personal development clubs?”

This is a rather interesting sentence and has so much reasoning and deep thoughts about it.

Things of interest like sports, reading and the like are more of something that people would generally be interested.Personal development may not be something as popular as these because it not some instant gratification that they receive from the hobbies or some form of thrill. That is one such factor I believe that plays a part why all these(e.g sports) are spent with more time than self-improvement.

Talking about personal clubs, honestly I have not really heard about it but the closest I can think of are personal development forums. These forums also act as a place for you to discuss and share your knowledge which can help benefit other’s lives one way or another.Problems that you face can be answered with different angle views by different people. Thus, you’ll have a range of ideas which you can take from to sum up your opportunity.(Problem + Solution = Opportunity)

Personally, I visit the self-improvement section at Mind Warriors, you can take a look as they have quite a good number of topics ranging from talking about internet marketing to The Secret.

But really ,not deviating away, will there or are there already personal development clubs?Maybe there are already available in other countries which I don’t know of.I wonder what the program will be if you set up your own personal development club.

Oh, before forget you can also go to Personal Development Partners to sign up , also a new forum I learnt from Alex Shalman’s blog.
